Questions about a viable HC Bowazon..?

Dacar92's guide is pretty solid, (though he didn't listen to me enough) ;OP. For hardcore, just shave some points off of dex and put them in vit. You need 1100-1200 (or more) life to survive in Hell.

Sadly, the Kuko is obsolete now.. The runewords did it in.

Decided to finally break my cardinal rule and let someone join my NM Baal MF runs to get some levels, and behold, my lvl 80 Trapsin got smashed by a pack of Fanatic Death Lords that appeared out of thin air >_>

Kinda lost ambition, now if the Bowazon fails, I can't fall back on my trapsin for some more NM Mfing/hell count runs...... >_>|||make a fishyzon

For a Strafe/FA Zon I have this gear accumulated:

Weapon: Witchwild String Bow w/ Shael+Amn

Armor: Treachery Armor (265 Def or something close to that)

Helmet: Tal Rasha's Death Mask (Probably going to socket this with a Res All jewel, or Um for much needed resists)

Amulet: Cat's Eye

Rings: Manald Ring (having trouble finding any kind of Ravenfrost for the other slot, not really worried about the AR/Dex, but that CBF Mod is mandatory methinks)

Belt: String of Ears (Trying to swap this out with a Razortail if I can ever find one)

Boots: Nothing Spectacular, some 30% FRW, Fire/Psn Res boots

Gloves: +2 Bow Skills, 20% IAS, +13 Strength, +36 Mana Rare gloves

I'm hoping I can switch out Manald for a decent Mana Leech ring with big resists. My inventory is full of AR/dmg GCs, dmg/ar/psn dmg lcs, i've not had any luck coming across any kind of resist small charms lately.. I had almost a full inventory of them on my Sin, but those perished with her c.c



As far as the Fishyzon goes, I don't have the Melody Bow for switch, but I do have Titan's + Whistan's Guard plus the gear listed above for my FA/Strafer. With the exception that the gloves would be swapped out for +2 Jav Skills, 20% IAS, +1 Dex, Psn Res gloves.



I think the Fishyzon is a little more flexible for MF gear as opposed to the Bowazon, which is really what i'm aiming for (An MFer), eh idk. I'm rambling and rambling.... lol @_@|||Trappers don't need infinity to get by in hell I've built several. CoS and maxed Fire blast will kill LI's pretty safely. Once you get a few bodies DS will do the rest. You could probably run Chaos fine with LS and DS and using fire blast to clean up the stragglers. Those mages are pretty soft.|||Quote:

no they're not. since unlike physical bowas they dont need to pump dex to make up damage, they're free to be just like a caster and dump stats into vit. coupled with the big freezes target on FA and the dodges (if you get them), they're one of the sturdier zon builds. probably one of the reasons nightfish chose FA/LF in the first place.|||VoidVoid Void Void Void Void Void Void|||Quote:

My untwinked Fishyzon was fairly strong but died a few times during her questing. 'Course, it's all relative.
