HC USWest still Dead? Should I play on US East?

Hi,

Last time I played a couple years ago the HC USWest was basically dead and I switched to playing on US East. Is that still the case and US East is much more active than USWest?

Horned|||I also play on East for this same reason, but the past couple weeks even East has been dead. Once 1.13 releases though im sure a lot of players will come back to East.

Thanks, I'm going to stick with East for the more players. Even with TPPK gone and more people hopefully playing HC, I figure East will stay more populated.
