http://diabloexile.com/?page=tree&cl...00000l5l0l0l10|||couple of things straight:
welcome to diii.net
you cant link 3rd party sites programs etc etc, it all being said in rules
pursonally, i see absolutely no point in maxing valk, 1 point will do ( enough to tank, and when she gets "cruel" affix to do some "mean" damage, i find she doesnt kill that fast )
it is fine with t-gods and etc, maybe you would like to state all your gear before we ll give out verdict?|||Um... Probably faceted eth titans. t-gods, SS, treks/walks, +2 java skill gloves with leeches, etc. couple of BK's maybe, maras or highlords, not sure on armor and helm. Normally i would use a perf gaze, but this isnt a bowazon. Not sure on the armor yet, still researching.

(1.) Enough points in Valkyrie so that with pre-buff you get her to at least Level 17 by Hell (but this isn't enough for me... I like a Level 30+ Valk

What is misleading about it is, 99% of the time, you don't need such a durable minion. The other 1% of the time, you do. It's that 1% that will kill ya, especially if you enter Hell below about Level 75 for your own character.
Targets for this minion are Level 10 by end of Normal mode and Level 15 or so by end of Nightmare... you don't really need a strong Valk until you get to Hell.
Incidentally, putting a couple of extra points into Decoy, past the normal one, is also recommended. It makes both your Decoy and Valk significantly more durable, but I wouldn't put too many into this skill as you reach the point of diminishing returns.
(2.) I usually max (a) Plague Javelin, (b) Lightening Fury and then start adding synergies, starting with (c) Poison Javelin and (d) Charged Strike. I think it is a mistake to go and spend all your points on the Lightening tree to start with, since this will drive you crazy when you start to run into Lightening Immunes in Hell (and note that this starts with the Cold Plains and Blood Raven's Zombies, so it's not something that you can avoid dealing with).
You may have to throw your javelins a few more times with (say) a partly versus fully synergized Lightening Fury, but having a ~15K PJ as a backup attack is very useful (actually I use it as my main attack, most of the time).
(3.) Put at least one point into D / A / E and put a few into Pierce (having a javelin that can go through a couple of ranks of monsters to get at the ones behind is useful).
Another very useful skill, which you really only need the one point in, is Slow Missiles... this shuts down ranged attackers real good (you can dodge Gloam shots!

(4.) Especially if you use Plague Javelin (as I always do), I strongly suggest that you use Mr. Bill's famed "FearMerc" setup for your Man Friday.
Here is the build :
(a) Act 2 (Nightmare) Defensive Merc (Holy Freeze).
(b) If you are lazy and don't want to bother slurping a blue potion from time to time, then get Waheed an Insight stick (although personally I think this is a cop out).
Far preferable is something with big time Open Wounds / Crushing Blow (e.g. Hone Sundan, Malice, Strength, etc.). Incidentally, Malice or Strength in a fast ethereal polearm or spear (Mancatcher, Ogre Axe etc.) is an extremely effective weapon combination here and it of course costs next to nothing other than 3 / 2 garbage runes.
BTW, to give Waheed a different damage time, I find that the Grim's Burning Dead stick (Fire damage) is a useful idea, although then (see below) you need to have some other way to induce "Monster Flees". The Grim's polearm is another one that people usually throw away, so it's cheap.
(c) For armor, anything (Face of Horror, Rattlecage, etc.) that gives Waheed the ability to trigger "Monster Flees". This is critical because what you want the poor monsters to do is, after they have been turned green with your 15K Plague Javelin and then had their veins opened with OW, is crawl away (hence the Holy Freeze) and slowly die somewhere conveniently close for you to pick up the loot that they drop.
Even better is the fact that gear with "Monster Flees" is generally regarded as junk, so it is easy to trade for. Rattlecage in particular is great for this purpose because it also has some CB. If you can get him Duress, Treachery, Lionheart, Smoke, etc., by all means do, but I find Um, Lem and Lum runes are next to impossible to find.
(d) It is also useful to get Waheed some stuff that covers for the kinds of damage that you don't innately have at your disposal. Things like jewels with IAS, ED, Fire and Cold damage are good, as are things that raise his resists in Hell.
Another very valid approach, if you have some other way of inducing both OW / CB and "Monster Flees" (for example, a Passion weapon and a Guillaume's hat) is just a 4-socket ethereal body armor stuffed with your preference of Sol runes (integer PDR) and jewels.
Just as a guideline, my current FearMerc has Duriel's Shell for armor, an average Meat Scraper (OW and MF) as his weapon and an upped Face of Horror for a hat. He rocks in Hell... what the Valk and my Javazon don't whack on the first hit, he gets on the second or third.
There are probably more powerful builds for a Javazon, but IMO these would all require better equipment. The one that I've described can quite easily solo Hardcore Hell (the one exception being Nihlathak), with little but what you pick up along the way,
YMMV,
Mr. Bill|||nice and solid, only build that can kill baal in 1hit ( poison zon ), through i ll stick with no valkie

reason behind this, is i wont start javazon as 1st char, only as fun char from time to time, and i will have some semi-decent gear for her before making her
