Uber backup char?

Hey all

A friend and I are going to be doing uber trist runs in a while and I don't have a character to help him. He is a level 80+ smiter with good gear and I was wondering what kind of character I could make to back him up with? Right now I have a 83 strafe zon but the resistances on her are horrid, I will use her to rush/level my new guy

Thanks for any help |||I have found that my IK Barb works for me when I was running it with a Hammerdin and a Smiter, as I could Howl the minions away and either Zerk/WW the odd ones that were particularly tenacious!|||in my opiniom sorc is great support, lighting sorc particular such as her statik field can kill ball and diablo in under 5 secs, but problem is that mephie is light immune, and you ll end up mostly kill minions then mephie.

another good advice would be to get smiter with conventration aura on or salvation for poor res ^_^

other wise anything that isnt elemntal damage based is good for support.
