How to be safe tele'ing (sorc) in Hell

[:1]I've been very concerned about tele'ing in Hell. I just came back from a very long hiatus (years) and this being my primary char, I'm concerned about death because I can't remember the ins and outs (been so long). As it currently stands, I have 20%FHR (from the Shael) and 90% FCR. Once I get arachnid I'll be able to hit the 105% breakpoint. I'm in A2 tele'ing (claw viper) and nearly died from hits + stun lock, which is why I've become very concerned. If I can barely survive A2, then I'm in some serious trouble when I finally reach A5.

There were two paths, but I didn't know what to do. Either I could get the 105% FCR breakpoint and hit 42% FHR by adding Shael to Shako and getting a FHR sc OR I could hit 105% FCR, get 30% FHR by getting two FHR sc's, Sol the Shako, and sacrifice the Mara's for an ammy that offers significant PDR (life everlasting?) to go with the Sol. Inventory space is at a premium, but maybe I should sacrifice life sc's for FHR?

I'm not sure what to do. Since I'm not level 80 yet, I don't know if the 105% FCR will make all my troubles go away and if 20% FHR, 30% FHR, or 42% FHR is sufficient. Any enlightenment would be greatly appreciated. My gear is below to help clear confusion:

Maras + Raven + Wisp|||with 56 fhr and 105 fcr u shouldn�t have any problems, at least i never did, specially not with 45% dr

also i can�t remember any instant deaths or deaths being caused by teleporting

also i�d switch the raven for a dwarf: the up to 20 dex equal the 40 life. fire absorb > cold absorb. mdr bug might be noticeable combined with viper. cbf is not needed on a sorc

i�d also change the marrows for aldurs/treks or rares with resis and fhr|||not sure why i didn't think to change the boots. originally i had planned on using wiz, so thats probably where it stemmed from (marrow + high dex raven).

looks like i'll shael the shako and use treks to get 60FHR. as far as switching out raven, is that kind of dangerous? wont cold heavily impact your ability to tele out of major trouble?|||30% FHR is fine with maxed block. Personally, I prefer something a little more useful socketed in my armor slots than a Shael rune. Sol for DR, Perfect Rubies, Ort or MF are all great. Treks and two FHR small charms works.

No amount of FCR will get you out of the snakes fast enough. Their charge attacks are just wicked fast. Instead, just make sure to be mindful around them and drink the purples and reds as necessary.

105% FCR, if your connection can handle it, is definitely king. You don't need Wisp Projector or a crappy belt or Ravenfrost right now (no gloams, right?), which means that you could be teleporting along at 105% with some combination of FCR rings and/or a crafted caster belt.

Being chilled doesn't slow down FCR.

... I can't help but notice that Rockstopper and Heart of the Oak seem to go together on these caster rigs. Must be leftover appreciation for Durable. Sigh.
