Did they fix the FE/LE NM bug?

[:1]Just curious if they fixed the bug where FE/LE in NM will do the FE explosion every time they go into hit recovery. At least that's what I thought the bug was. I didn't see it mentioned in the patch notes, but I didn't see the fix for TPPK there either. The removal of TPPK has actually make hardcore public games fun again!|||Nope. It's still around.

FE still does some pretty good damage, but might be down a bit. Ancients still pack enough FE damage to blow an un-BOed character to bits.|||Thanks for the reply. I guess I still get to be afraid of all NM bosses until I see their mods. Hate that bug!|||Quote:

I wouldn't be afraid, just aware. If it's a huge monster with FE, back up a bit and let the merc pop it. If it's just a mage, though, he's not going to deal massive damage on death, smash away.

Ancients have huge life, which is why their FE explosions are so deadly.

I mostly just hate Nightmare FE beetles as they always have LE. Also, Bartuc in Nightmare, when he spawns LE, is worth being careful around - I've lost a character or two to him in NM Baal runs.

Hit Recovery inducing skills are also scary: Stun, Mindblast, Leap. Those can turn FE/LE monsters into machine guns of doom.
