d2 HC: fresh start

[:1]Hey all, after lurking every minute ounce of d3 info I could, I decided to get back into d2, you know, to bring back the memories.

Ladder seems kinda boring to me, as its just a constant grind fest. I love the tension and fear that HC brings, and the actual PVE thought that has to go into it, just seems a bit more fun.

Anyway, obviously the largest plague of HC is public games, what with PK's and what not. I was wondering if anyone here is of the same mind frame as I, not really rushing through the acts, just playing the game at a good pace, keeping it real. Let me know!

I'm playing USEAST and my current characters name is Taungra, ACC: Sundials

Banana isn't dead. It's just not too active.

Do you have any characters right now? A friend and I are in Act 5 Nightmare, questing with our bowazons in the evening time. I'm sure we could flip back an act or two to help you along if you're at least in Nightmare.

24 HC Paladin.|||As MYK said, The Amazon Basin (google it) is active on East HC. Don't bother applying if you use hacks, bot, etc. It's a good community for good people.

Most channels that I have seen outside of banana and the basin usually promote the use of hacks or bots. It does not take long sitting in their channels to see what they are about.

Choose where you hang out wisely I guess. The less populated channels are usually your safest and you will probably enjoy the experience more.|||op dem- on USWest is good channel for legit players. Waiting for more to do Baal runs.
