Fishymancer in retrospect 1.13

My Fishymancer hit lvl19 a little before having cleared to Duriel. Now I wish I made another build for the first levels and then reassigned skill points afterwards, because it looks like I have to level to 24 to get Decrep before I can kill him.

How would you build a necromancer so he is able to solo Duriel in normal mode when you reach him at lvl18-20?|||Buy a bone shield of deflecting and thawing potions and bone spear him to death face-to-face,

Or Buy a blaze staff and run. :P|||You should be able to get to lvl22-24 running tombs. After that it's hitting Duri with what you have, TP, buying potions, resurrecting merc, repeat|||Quote:

I did that and Duriel was no problem with decrep at lvl 24.

What I like to know is, if/when I die and possibly will build a new necro, is there a necro build that can kill Duriel without much hassle at lvl 19'ish?

If so then I can respect to Fishymancer after the kill.|||a summon nec is one of the strongest builds of the early levels of all classes since he has two very important skills right away, mastery and raise. there arent too many builds that have access to their end-game skills at lvl one so it'd be more likely to start out summoner and then respec to something else.|||If you cast amp damage and have a merc (with an aura for skellies) it shouldn't be hard at all...|||get 1 point amp, defense merc, level 19-22 your self,1 mastery rest in raise skeleton. easy pie, max you ll need is 2 recruitment.|||It should not take you very long to get to 24. You really need to get Decrep before tackling him. You can defeat him without it (amp is enough with Clay and summons) however Decrep makes it easy.

Yeah, that was a close call at one point. Did Diablo last night alone. His lightning took me close to zero one time, took tp out and gathered a new skellie army and got merc back. Went back and finished him with a finger on decrep, clay golem, mana pots and rejuvenation pots. He died and I were left with a adrenalin rush! |||Quote:

Not mentioning the later levels.

Later, with full summoning skills researched, a squellymancer can survive in hell in 8 players games in any spot of the game , even naked.

Squellicer is the safest char of them all. In hell with all squeletons and maybe some reivives on your trail, you can't die. No resis, no stuff on you, no charms and completely naked, a 20-20-20-1-1 /+1 dim visioned summoned tree necromancer can walk in any area of the game.

If you search on any WikiMikiPedia and put on search tab : "diablo 2" and "a walk in the park" it will always give you the same result "skellymancer".
