So after dieing 6 times I finally have what I believe to be the perfect hardcore hammerdin. Heres the setup:
14% DR Crown of Ages (Ber, Ber)
Enigma
Wizspike (15% res all jewel)
Upped Magefists
Ravenfrost
Arach Mesh
19% absorb Wisp Projector
Sandstorm Treks
35% FCR Spirit Sacred Targe
CTA / Spirit on switch
4 Combat/life GC's
Torch
Anni
12x 20 Life Sc's
This gives me:
38% Damage Reduce
125% FCR (So awesome)
Breaks 86% FHR breakpoint
Crazy stacked resists
3700hp with bo
Max Block
Mercs Setup:
Ber'd Reapers Toll
Treachery
Chamed Guils Face
Gives him:
Real nice damage with my Concentration
Great survivability especially when treachery procs fade
45% ias from treachery hits breakpoint
Cannot be Frozen
55% Crushing blow
25% deadly strike
Reapers procs decrepify very often
Reason I think its perfect? Because after trying I dont know how many different setups this one has absolutely no issues anywhere in the game. Chaos is easy due to my damage reduce and high stacked fire resist. Baal runs are equally easy with high light res and 19% light absorb. This includes wave 2 because my merc cannot be frozen, has crazy crushing blow, and he procs decrepfy quite often. So between him and my holy bolts wave 2 goes down quick.
For the longest time I just used the 75fcr breakpoint but after going 125fcr I will NEVER go back. Insanely fast teleport is not only convenient, but is safer because the faster I tele the less chance I have of being hit. Plus it gets hammers out much faster which is good damage, but also somewhat safety due to the intial partial stun the hammers give when they hit.
I am up for suggestions on anyway to improve

I can't find a way to help you. It seems like you went through a lot of trouble here just to show off your bnet-peen and not much else.
You haven't done any work to narrow the discussion.
As it is, we could palaver about anything: the "perfect" values of the items, variations of 125% FCR hammerdins, stacked resists, +max resist items, FHR, charms and inventory space, ravenfrost, etc.
If "this one has absolutely no issues anywhere in the game", then what is there to talk about?|||OP wants confirmation he has the prefect hammerdin. TBH, I agree with MYK... there's a lot of stuff in there most legit HC players will never get (how many ber-runes again? Enigma? Unlikely). Thus, the assumption OP is using duped runes is most likely correct.|||Honestly, other than the enigma and CoA I don't see anything that is beyond the reach of a dedicated hardcore mf character. Sure he has a Ber rune on the reaper's and a cham on the guillaume's face, and in the end it amounts to 7 hrs (Jah 4x Ber Cham Ohm). HOWEVER,
I would argue that Ohm is certainly obtainable legitly if you do a good amount of hellforge rushes (and get lucky enough to get a good combination of guls/ists/mals to cube) so the Cta is realistic. A pain in the arse to accomplish, but realistic.
No way to defend the OP when it comes to Jah, 4x Ber Cham though (Cham in particular, it's just one down from zod). Maybe change the whole build to a sorc using Stormshield and Shako? I think an ES build in particular could be very good and have excellent survivability.|||Quote:

Im not sure why you think I did this to show off my E-Peen. I specifically stated at the beginning of the thread that I would like discussion and suggestions to improve on my hammerdin.

Are the runes duped? No idea. Did I dupe any of them? Hell no. They were either found, traded for, given to me by a buddy or bought with forum gold. I don't personally care if they were duped or not.
Im not sure why you think Enigma is unobtainable at this point in the game. Seems to me that most people are running this armor nowadays if teleport is need. Did they dupe runes to make them? Who knows. That however doesnt change the fact that there are alot of high runes and Enigmas available to be had.|||Quote:

Maybe they are thinking that I just got all of this gear all at once and made the character with full gear standing by?
This has taken a decent amount of time to obtain and setup. Started with Shako, Eye of Etlitch, Vipermagi etc. So I started this guy with very easily attainable gear. Then between mfing with my sorc/hellfore rune drops for rushing/friends/selling stuff for fg/ I was able to over time put this set of equipment together.|||So, now that all that is out of the way, does anyone have any suggestions on how to improve the setup I currently have?
